Richard has over 20 years of experience in the event business. Richard has built a reputation which implies quality and has formed long-standing relationships in the Events industry which have grown stronger through the years as his company expanded and developed new concepts and ideas.

His philosophy is simple, he loves dealing with people and has surrounded himself with a like minded team who love the business they are in and who are consummate professionals.

Colin has worked in the events business for 18 years, his extensive knowledge in organising events has earned him a reputation as one of Ireland’s leading programme planners. Colin’s relaxed and stress free attitude has a reassuring affect from planning stage to the delivery of your event. A keen windsurfer regularly competing on the Irish circuit, never a dull moment in this guys life!

Niall joined Dynamic Events in 2010 having completed a wide range of qualifications in areas such as Economics, Management, Digital Marketing and Graphic Design. Niall co-ordinates the business marketing strategy, product innovation and event tendering. Niall loves sport and is a keen golfer.

Deirdre is a native of Dublin and comes from a large family, three of whom are Accountants. Deirdre was a Secondary School Teacher for 15 years and is a mother to three wonderful children. She manages to balance her family and career life with incredible ease, and if you’ll pardon the pun she is a great asset to The Dynamic Events Team!

Lauren started her time in Dynamic Events during the summer of 2017, taking on the position of a summer internship.

Lauren is currently in her third year, of a four year course studying in Dublin Institute of Technology gaining a BSc Honours Degree in Event Management is now applying her knowledge in assistance to the the events team in her role as Assistant Project Manager.

A perfectionist in all that she does, Lauren has a creative eye for detail along with a bubbly and chatty personality that brings a light and fun atmosphere to the office.

Project Manager (Events) The role of Project Manager within the operations team of Dynamic Events involves supporting the events team in the administration and organisation of event files, from order stage through to handover of the event file to the events team and after sales service. The successful candidate will be capable of completing a wide range of tasks which require clear communication through phone calls, email and client meetings. Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills are essential. The role includes management of a high volume of events of varying size and complexity, and of relationships with key accounts. Type of Events Team Building Events. Family Day Events. Multi-Day incentive programmes. Activation Events. Duties and Responsibilities Regular correspondence with clients ensuring customer satisfaction. Agreeing event details with precision. Managing and contracting subcontractors (Event professionals, venues, audio & visual, catering, tour operators, etc…) Cost and budget management. Solution driven and proactive approach to managing clients and their needs. Assisting the sales team. Arranging meetings. Invoice processing for suppliers and clients. Work on-site during event (after hours and weekends included). Availability to work outside standard business hours may be required. Preparation of event reports for company directors.
