Mission to Mars

The focus here is very much on giving a learning twist to your virtual team building event and supports the idea of looking beyond or going outside your comfort zone to perform as a virtual team.

The basic premise of the game is that different information is shared across the different participants in the team so they must collaborate as best as they can to solve the puzzles in the fastest time with the best accuracy.

We have 4 levels, or games, each of which uses similar but different activities to keep participants engaged.

The debrief will focus on the behavioural aspects of virtual teamwork and the use of collaborative technology to improve productivity.

The different levels in the game allow for a one off team building session or can be used as part of the development.
