Team Training & Development
Experiential Learning, Team Building Exercises, Team Building Facilitation,
Active participation of team members working together is the most effective type of learning. Experiential learning empowers people to think for themselves and adapt the way they behave and react to each other. Participants need to think on their feet through active participation by engaging the mind and the body to solve a given problem. By being outside of their normal environment the learning process is effective in breaking down barriers to problem solving.
Team Building Exercises
Team Challenges are a fun way for a team to participate together in something that is interactive, challenging, enjoyable as well as educational. Team members are encourage to participate making it inclusive.
Team Building Facilitation
Team building and training is fun and memorable. Team facilitation is what will make it meaningful. Our facilitator will guide participants towards effectively recognising and understanding team dynamics and processes that affect their actions.
After each task there is a structured review of the session which generally lasts between 20 and 30 minutes. This review is used to encourage participants to examine their actions, behaviours and processes of how they reacted and approached the task.
