Athlone Springs Hotel

For companies bringing people together from different parts of Ireland, Athlone Springs Hotel has a practical advantage: it's just off the M6 at Exit 13 and has free on-site parking.

The hotel has dedicated conference and meeting facilities for corporate events. The Clonellan Suite can be used as one large event space or divided into four separate rooms, which gives you options if your day includes a main meeting, breakout sessions and team building.

Dynamic Events can run the team-building part of your day or support you with the wider corporate event.

Indoor Team Building at Athlone Springs Hotel

1. SolarBuddy Hour of Power

Your team assembles solar-powered lights that are distributed to children living in energy poverty. It’s hands-on, everyone can take part, and there’s a worthwhile outcome at the end of the session.

2. Code Breaker

Teams are given a series of riddles and clues to work through against the clock. It gets people talking, sharing ideas and figuring things out together, with a competitive element thrown in.

3. The Big Picture

Small groups work on separate sections of an artwork before everything is brought together for the final reveal. It works particularly well when you have a larger group and want everyone involved in the same overall challenge.

Outdoor Team Building at Athlone Springs Hotel

1. Digital Treasure Hunt

Teams use our app to work their way through GPS-based challenges, questions and photo and video tasks. Scores update as the event progresses, adding some friendly competition to the day.

2. The Ultimate

A mix of different team challenges rather than one single task. Some require problem-solving, others need communication or a different approach, so there are opportunities for different people in the team to get involved.

3. Spy Squad

Teams take on a secret-agent-style mission involving clues, codes and challenges. They’ll need to share information and make decisions together as they work towards completing the mission.
