A New Chapter for Dynamic Events Ireland

Dynamic Events founder and Managing Director Richard Phelan has completed the sale of the company to fellow director Niall O’Connor.

Richard established Dynamic Events in 1996 and built it into one of Ireland’s leading providers of team building, corporate events and conferences. The company now works with clients across industries including tech, pharma, finance and government, and has become a trusted partner for corporate events in Dublin and nationwide.

Richard’s leadership earned him recognition across the events industry. From small beginnings to a team of 15, he helped shape a company known for professional delivery, strong client relationships and a supportive culture.

Niall O’Connor takes on the role of Managing Director

Richard wanted to ensure the business would continue to grow under the right leadership. Niall O’Connor, who joined the company in 2010 and became a director in 2014, is stepping into the role of Managing Director.

Niall has been central to the company’s progress for more than a decade. He has worked across sales, marketing and commercial strategy, and knows the operation inside out. Speaking about the new role, he said:

Dynamic Events looks to the future under O'Connor's leadership

In 2022 Dynamic Events delivered over 850 in-person and online events for 400 clients. Companies such as TikTok, PwC and Pfizer have trusted Dynamic Events to design and manage their corporate events in Dublin and across Ireland.

With Niall now leading the team, the company is well positioned to continue its growth and strengthen its role as a leading partner for team building, team training and event management in Ireland.
