In Person Team Events Are Back

Using our smart technology we are now running our Digital Treasure hunts again. The treasure hunts involve exploring a town or city using our bespoke, interactive technology, as teams race to locate hotspots where they must perform fun tasks to earn points - all socially distant of course. Teams must strategise, communicate and collaborate to climb the scoreboard in a race against the clock.

Our treasure hunts are currently 'self run' with no need for an event manager on site! Our aim is to set our clients up for success through the following steps:

Pre Event Support: One of our experienced event managers will meet with you and the team captains in advance of the treasure hunt to run through how the event works and to deal with any questions you may have. After this meeting, the event manager will send across the logging in codes which participants can use to log in when the event time begins. This step sets you up for success by giving you the knowledge and confidence to enjoy a great event.

Remote Event Manager: Our event manager will remotely monitor your event online to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Live Access To Scoring, Photos and Videos: Participants can see how their team is doing in comparison to other teams by viewing the scoreboard on the menu on the app. We will disable the scoreboard with 20 minutes to go so that there is an element of suspense of who has won at the end. Prior to the event the event manager will send the organiser a link for a live scoreboard and a link to all the photos and videos the teams have shot. A great way to wrap up the event is to show back all the team's photos and videos for everybody to see and then announce the winners.

Dedicated Phone Support: Our event manager is on hand to deal with any queries over phone for the duration of the event.
