450 Person Bodhran Ensemble Conference Energiser

The brief was to deliver a dynamic activity for 450 attendees, aimed at re-energising them after lunch and preparing them for a heavy afternoon of conference sessions. In collaboration with Wallace Travel Group and Motorolla, we came up with a unique solution that would engage and excite the audience.

We provided a Bodhrán Ensemble workshop, complete with 450 specially-made bodhráns to ensure everyone could participate. Led by a professional Bodhrán player, the workshop taught the group some simple beats and allowed them to play along with a traditional Irish song. To add an extra element of fun, we also incorporated the conference song, which was Fat Boy Slim's Right Here Right Now, into the performance.

The Bodhrán Ensemble workshop was a huge success, with attendees fully immersing themselves in the activity and enjoying the opportunity to try something new. The high-energy, interactive nature of the workshop helped to re-energise the group and set the tone for the rest of the conference sessions. We were thrilled to partner with Wallace Travel Group and Motorolla to deliver such a memorable event.
