400 person digital treasure hunt at global conference in Portugal.

About the Event

In collaboration with Venues World Ireland we provided a custom made digital treasure hunt around the grounds of the Epic Sana Resort and neighbouring beach.

The event included researching, designing and programming a custom made digital treasure hunt to incorporate the clients brand. We included the clients products into the challenges using augmented realty and image recognition software.

The event started with a team briefing for 400 people to explain the rules and to provide each team with their iPad. On completion of this the groups set off to find and unlock their challenges around the resort and nearby beach.

While teams were completing their challenges we did a live edit of the footage being received from the video challenges to produce a 3 minute wrap up video. This video was shown back enjoyed by all on completion of the activity.
