Google aimed to create a seamless connection and engagement between their in-office and remote teams through the power of hybrid team building. Dynamic Events designed a fun Level Up event that catered to both in-person and remote participants, ensuring equal participation and excitement.

The Level Up Event:

Dynamic Events identified the Level Up event as an ideal solution for hybrid team building, engaging both in-person and remote participants. Teams progressed through challenging levels, completing tasks and answering questions to earn points. The game presented strategic choices, prompting teams to decide between quick, low-reward challenges or more time-intensive, high-point tasks.

Event Execution:

On the event day, an event manager oversaw 75% of in-person participants at Google's Dublin office, while the remaining 25% joined remotely via live Zoom stream. The event manager delivered a comprehensive game briefing, ensuring all participants received equal instructions. In-person participants commenced the game, while remote participants joined breakout sessions to collaborate with their teams.
