Global Online Team Event for Workhuman

About

Workhuman have 600 employees working remotely between their Dublin and Boston Office. They needed an online team building activity that would engage and connect their colleagues while they were working from home.

The Process

We created a custom online made team activity that could be played in teams from home. We integrated personlaised mulitmedia content that aligned with the core business message.

Our experienced creative team worked closely with the client to plan, guide and manage the experience and to ensure all of the objectives were met.

Once the design objectives were agreed we created a unique experience that brought the company values to life. Our team was on hand to provide regular updates throughout every stage of the development process ensuring the client was completely satisfied with the final product.

The Result

On the day of the event our host welcomed the guests to their online zoom conference and one of our event managers explained the rules of the game. The congreation then broke out into their own teams in seperate online breakout rooms.

The game consisted of a broad mix of collaboration tasks like photo & video challenges and observational and trivia style questions.

At the end of the event we welcomed everyone back into the main conference room to do the results and then show back some of the best photos and videos from the day which was the perfect way to wrap up the event.
