The Asana SKO Digital Treasure Hunt in Orlando

Our collaboration with Stride XM for Asana's Sales Kick Off (SKO) conference in Orlando highlights our expertise in delivering unique and innovative team-building event experiences. Following our successful events with Asana in Sydney and Dublin previously, we were tasked with organising a team-building activity that would seamlessly blend with the SKO conference's branding and goals.

The Challenge

The goal was to engage 600 attendees in a team-building activity that would not only serve as an engaging way for global team members to connect but also align closely with the SKO conference's branding and objectives.

The Solution

We designed a bespoke Digital Treasure Hunt, utilising our advanced event app technology. This app turned the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort into an exciting adventure landscape where teams navigated to GPS hotspots to unlock and complete diverse challenges.

Customisation and Brand Integration

Our solution featured extensive customisation:

• The app's interface was designed to mirror Asana's conference branding, including logos and thematic elements.
• GPS hotspots were themed around Asana's Celebration Creatures, offering a distinctive and memorable experience.
• Custom questions from Asana were incorporated into the game, ensuring the content was relevant and engaging.

Remote Support and On-ground Management

With our Managing Director, Niall, on-site in Orlando and our team in Ireland providing technical support, we demonstrated how technology could create connected and immersive experiences. Niall's on-site briefing, paired with the help of our remote staff, meant that the event ran successfully.

The Outcome

The Digital Treasure Hunt was hugely successful. It contributed to a strong sense of community among the participants, who had to collaborate while also having a great time. In the end, the team with the most points triumphed, but the true victory was that everyone felt more connected.

Conclusion

This event demonstrated Dynamic Events Ireland's capacity to handle complicated and large-scale team-building activities with little on-site presence, backed up by a strong remote crew. Our collaboration with Stride XM and Asana for the SKO conference highlights our ability to use technology to create engaging, memorable, and brand-aligned team-building events.
