The Brief

NCSC appointed Dynamic Events to manage the full delivery of its annual national conference in Dublin.

The objective was to deliver a professional, well-controlled event that supported knowledge sharing, industry insight, and meaningful exchange across the cybersecurity community. Given the senior audience and national profile, delivery needed to be calm, precise, and seamless from start to finish.

The Challenge

Key challenges included managing a senior audience, a full programme of keynote speakers and panel discussions, delegate flow for over 450 attendees, and the reputational responsibility of delivering a flagship public sector event. The experience needed to feel polished without unnecessary complexity, while maintaining engagement across both days.

Our Approach

Dynamic Events provided full event management, taking responsibility for planning, coordination, on-site delivery, and post-event reporting.

Our scope covered conference branding, detailed running orders, GDPR-compliant registration and ticketing, supplier and venue coordination, speaker liaison, and on-site staffing and production control.

From the outset, the focus was on structure and control. Clear timelines and responsibilities ensured the conference ran smoothly despite the scale and complexity of the programme. Registration was designed to be efficient and secure, while dedicated speaker management kept sessions on schedule and transitions seamless.

Event Delivery

The conference took place at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, with set-up on 1 December and live conference days on 2 and 3 December 2025.

Across both days, registration ran smoothly, sessions stayed on time, speakers were fully supported, and delegate movement was managed discreetly. The overall atmosphere remained calm, professional, and focused, with the team able to adapt in real time without visible disruption.
