Uber approached Dynamic Events looking for a team building activity that would unite staff working across different EMEA locations. Their teams in Limerick, Lisbon and Kraków wanted something fun, interactive and easy to run from each office without losing the feeling of being part of a single group. They asked for guidance on a remote host event that could bring everyone together at the same time.

Our Remote Digital Treasure Hunt became the ideal choice because it offered the right balance of local movement and shared online connection.

The Challenge

Our Approach

We designed a multi city Digital Treasure Hunt that allowed each office to explore their surroundings while staying connected through our award winning app with a live scoreboard and messaging function.

A Unified Kick Off

All teams joined a Zoom call from their boardrooms. Our event manager welcomed everyone, explained how the treasure hunt worked and guided participants through joining the app. This created a shared moment before the action began and made each office feel part of the same experience.

Local Adventures Across Three Cities

Once the event started, teams headed out to visit digital hotspots across their own locations. Each hotspot unlocked trivia, photo and video challenges. This kept the pace lively and encouraged real collaboration within each office.

Real Time Interaction

The in app messaging feature and live scoreboard allowed teams to see what the other cities were doing. Limerick could watch Lisbon climb the scoreboard, while Kraków pushed to stay ahead. This created friendly competition and helped all three offices stay engaged from start to finish.

A Shared Wrap Up

When the challenges were complete, everyone rejoined the Zoom call for the showback. We played their photos and videos, which created plenty of laughs across all three conference rooms. The energy was high, and the wrap up turned separate locations into one connected audience celebrating the same story.
