How Much Does Corporate Team Building Cost in Ireland?

There isn't one standard price for corporate team building in Ireland.

At Dynamic Events, most activities are priced using a setup fee plus a per-person fee. The activity you choose, the number of people taking part, how the event is delivered and where it's happening all affect the final quote.

How does team building pricing work?

Most of our events have two main parts to the price: a setup fee and a per-person fee.

Different activities have different prices, so there isn't a single team building cost per person that applies across everything we offer.

Your group size also matters. We need an approximate number of participants to provide an accurate quote, but it doesn't have to be your final headcount. If you're expecting around 40 people, for example, that's enough to get started.

What affects the cost of corporate team building?

The activity you choose

Each activity has its own price.

If you've narrowed your choice down to two or three activities, getting a quote for those specific options will give you a more useful comparison than trying to work from an average cost per person.

How the activity is delivered

A fully managed event has our team travelling to your office, hotel or venue to run the activity in person.

Some activities can also be remotely hosted. Your participants are still together in the same location, but our event manager hosts the activity remotely.

Remote hosting is generally a lower-cost option than fully managed in-person delivery. If you're working with a tighter budget, ask whether the activity you're interested in can be remotely hosted.

Where the event is taking place

Location can affect the price of an in-person event.

We run team building activities at offices, hotels and other venues around Ireland. Depending on the location, an additional travel charge may apply.

Customisation

Some activities can be customised with company-specific branding, questions or content.

Customisation is optional and comes at an additional cost, so let us know if it's something you're considering when requesting your quote.

Does a longer team building activity cost more?

Not necessarily.

Our activities aren't priced using a standard hourly rate. Each activity has its own standard duration and price, so a longer activity isn't automatically more expensive simply because it lasts longer.

Does the day or time affect the price?

No. Holding your event in the evening rather than the afternoon, for example, doesn't change the activity price.

You can choose the time that works for your meeting, conference or wider event schedule without looking for a cheaper time slot.

Is venue hire included in the team building price?

Venue hire is generally separate from your team building quote.

Many clients already have an office, hotel or conference venue arranged before they contact us. We can then look at your group size, available time and location to work out which activities will suit the event.

How do I get an exact price for a team building activity?

If you've already chosen an activity, go to its page on our website and select Get Quote.

Enter your event details and approximate participant numbers and your quote will be sent to you by email. One of our team can then follow up if you want to discuss the activity or your plans in more detail.

If you haven't chosen an activity yet, you don't need to work everything out before contacting us.

The most useful information to have is:

• your approximate number of participants
• where the event will take place
• how much time you have available
• any activities you're already considering

If you have a budget in mind, include that too and we can advise which options are realistic.
