Clash of the Companies 2023

Hundreds of people from all sectors of business came together to compete against each other with the ultimate goal of raising funds for sick children in Ireland.

The Brief

Clash of the Companies 2023, held on July 7th, was an anticipated social event in Dublin. Dynamic Events received a brief to create a unique experience for hundreds of participants from both foreign and indigenous businesses. The event aimed to combine elements of fun, social competitiveness, and fundraising for Children's Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centers. Over the years, this event has successfully raised €1.2 million, making a significant impact on the lives of sick children in Ireland.

Our Process

After exciting meetings and brainstorming sessions the event was planned across different sections with several ingredients required to make the event work

Source a Suitable Venue
Design a suitable AV plan for the room
Plan suitable catering needs for hundreds of people
Dress the room appropriately taking into account the budget
Design a fun, social, tech orientated competitive treasure hunt

The Results

On the day itself, teams gathered at the RDS in Dublin where they received instructions on the event which this year was a space themed treasure hunt!

All teams competed against each other with a captivating challenge along the streets of Dublin incorporating physical, mind bending and digital challenges.

Prizes were awarded to the top 3 teams on the day along with some spot prizes for best photo and video challenges.
