Meet A&L Goodbody, one of Irelands top law firms, known for providing expert legal advicce to multinationals, financial institutions and government bodies. With over 1,000 employees and 120 partners, their world runs on precision, professionalism and commitment to delivering for clients. 

But what about delivering something back to their team? 

They wanted to say thank, with a big and bold summer party that felt like a proper reward. A moment to unwind and a chnace for people to connect outside of the office and enjoy a memorable evening together.  

But turning that vision into a reality wasn’t going to be easy.  

The Roadblocks 

• “We don’t know where to start” Planning a party for over 300 people can be daunting when it’s not your day job. The idea of sorting a venue, suppliers and dealing with logistics just seemed like a nightmare.  
• “What if it rains” Its summer in Ireland... enough said. With so many people involved, they couldn’t afford to get it wrong.  
• “We want it to be amazing, but how do we make that happen?” They didn’t want something basic. They wanted something fun, memorable and something that is abit out of the ordinary.  

Dynamic Events Gets The Call 

This is where we came in, ready to turn all of their stress into excitement! 

We decided to integrate ourselves into their team from day one. We listened to exactly what they wanted: something that felt effortless for them but had a big impact on their team.

• We recommended Radisson Blu St, helens, one of our trusted venues with the perfect space and atmosphere for a summer party. 
• We organised early access with our contact to make sure set-up was as smooth and sress free as possible.

🎉 The Experience 

We created a festival style setup with a mix of games and entertainment to give it that wow factor 

• Interactive Games: Giant Connect 4, Jenga, Snakes and Ladders, Cornhole, Foosball, Crazy Gold, Axe Throwing, Limbo and Hoopla. 
• Chill Out Area: Beanbags, deck chairs, carnival booths and a giant deck chair for photo ops. 
• Festival Vibes: Colourful flags, a star marquee and ambient light 
• Live DJ: Kicking off at 9pm to bring the energy up and get everyone dancing. 
• Safety Covered: Two first aid marshals on site to make su8e everyone could relax and enjoy the night.  

We handled all the logistics, so our clients didn’t have to worry about a thing.

After: A packed Summer Party filled with laughs, music and connections being created. Colleagues enjoyed drinks and food in the sunshine, while trying out games they haven’t played since they were kids and letting loose on the dance floor
