Coastal Detectives

BRIEF

The RNLI were sponsoring a water safety game for the 40 Haven Holiday Parks in the UK. The game is to be aimed at children and families who are staying in the park over the period of the summer months of 2022.

The brief asked that not only is the game fun and interactive, but also an education piece for children around the area of water safety.

SOLUTION

The Coastal Detectives game came to life. Using branding from the RNLI, our in house designers created a fun game screen and hotspot branding. The objective was for families to become Coastal Detectives and solve the case! The case involved completing fun water safety challenges. There was 5 challenges in total. Every time a challenge was completed the participants would unlock a letter. After all 5 letters were unlocked, the participants would have to unjumble them to come up with the correct water safety word ,which, once they got, would solve the mission!

The challenges were an exciting mix of trivia, audio, photo and video challenges. No two challenges were the same!

The challenge was fun and engaging which gave families a great experience whilst exploring their Haven Holiday Park, all whilst learning about important water safety.
