The Challenge

Coca-Cola reached out with a clear request:

“We are planning a team build of 70 to 90 minutes length and love the idea of creating a big picture… Our event will be in Johnstown Estate Hotel in Enfield, Co. Meath. Please let me know if you have any availability for this.”

The challenge was to design an activity that would bring 100 participants together and highlight Coca-Cola’s milestone anniversary in Drogheda.

The Solution

Dynamic Events created a custom Big Picture team building activity designed around Coca-Cola’s brand and 50th anniversary theme. The format works for groups of all sizes across Ireland, from Dublin to Cork to Belfast.

For this celebration, the experience took the form of a team building painting activity. Each participant received a canvas panel, paint, and guidance from our event managers. The goal was simple but powerful: align every section so the final design revealed one complete and vibrant artwork.

The Event Experience

On the day, 100 Coca-Cola colleagues gathered at Johnstown Estate Hotel, less than an hour from Dublin. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and collaborative, with every participant eager to play their part.

As the last panels were placed, the finished painting was revealed. The bold and colourful image captured Coca-Cola’s 50 years in Drogheda and drew smiles, applause, and a shared sense of pride.
