Kefron Group’s Kids Christmas Party: Making Christmas Inclusive for Everyone 

The Background 

Meet Kefron Group – a leading provider of secure data and document management solutions, who proudly serve over 900 clients for more than 30 years. They say their success comes from their people, their values and their strong relationships they have built along the way. (Sounds a bit like us. 😉) 

As the end of the year was starting to approach, they wanted to give their staff a celebration just to say thanks for all their hard work over the past year. But it wasn’t as easy as it sounds: They wanted an event that would include absolutely everyone, especially those with young families. 

The Challenge 

A Celebration with Inclusion 

Kefron had a simple goal: To say thank you to their team for all their hard work with a festive celebration.  

But it was more complicated than just that.  

• Family Commitments: Many of the team's members had young children and busy December schedules. It just didn’t feel right hosting a celebration without including everyone 
• Pressure to Choose: Employees were torn between spending quality time with their families or going to their Christmas Party. Kefron didn’t want their team to have to choose 
• Desire to be Inclusive: They didn’t want any of their team to feel left out, especially at such an amazing time of year.  

The Goal 

This is where we stepped in, we were locked and loaded and couldn’t wait to turn worry into wonder.  

Our team listened to Kefron's concerns and we understood what they really wanted: A Christmas wonderland that felt joyful, inclusive and stress free for everyone involved.  

Together we created the perfect plan: A Christmas Family Day a day filled with festive fun that brought families and teammates together in an amazing celebration.  

The Experience  

We transformed the Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley into a magical winter wonderland complete with: 

☃️ Santa’s Grotto  ️️☃️ Giant Games – Jenga, Connect 4, Foosball, A-frame games, Buzzer games  ☃️ Toddler Zone  ☃️ Interactive Fun – Face painters, balloon modellers, festive characters  ☃️ Atmosphere – Lighting, Backdrop, Inflatable decorations, Music and Magic 

Most importantly: the kids loved it. From meeting Santa and his elves to playing with their parents and exploring the festive setup, the whole day was packed with smiles, laughter and memories.  

What Changed 

Before: The Kefron team felt the pressure of Christmas they knew there would-be excitement in the air, but the team also felt apprehensive trying to organise an event that would make everyone feel included and ensured everyone switched off and enjoyed the moment.  

After: The room was filled with joy, the children's faces lit up from the second they walked in, the parents relaxed and the teams laughed together, it was an amazing day for the Kefron Group and great memories where made.  

The Impact 

→ High attendance across the office  → Great feedback from attendees  → Seamless planning and zero stress for the clients 

But the real win?  

→ Watching the kids giggle around Santa and his elves  → Seeing people walk around in Christmas jumpers and getting their faces painted  → Just taking in all the joy 

Overall Success 

✅ Kefron showed their team that they understand their lives, not just their work.  ✅ The new year would kick off with great morale.  ✅ Kefron reinforced a culture of inclusion, appreciation and being together.
