Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley

Planning a conference, company celebration or team building day at Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley?

Dynamic Events can organise team building activities at the venue or manage a larger corporate event, including the event programme, suppliers, entertainment, production and on-site delivery.

Located beside the N4 and M50, Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley has a dedicated conference floor with meeting rooms and breakout spaces. This makes it a practical choice for companies bringing colleagues together from different locations.

Indoor Team Building at Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley

If you're holding a meeting or conference at the hotel, we can organise an indoor activity to give colleagues a break from presentations and a chance to take part in something together.

SolarBuddy: Hour of Power

Teams assemble solar-powered lights that are distributed to people living in energy poverty. It's a hands-on charitable activity where colleagues work together to produce something that will be used beyond the event.

Code Breaker

Teams race against the clock to solve puzzles, decipher clues and crack codes before unlocking the final safe. The activity takes approximately one hour, making it suitable for a conference breakout session or the end of a meeting.

The Big Picture

Participants paint different sections of a larger artwork. Once every section is finished, the pieces are assembled to reveal the complete picture. Unlike a competitive challenge, everyone contributes to the same final result.

Outdoor Team Building in the Liffey Valley Area

For groups who want to get outside, Dynamic Events can assess suitable routes in the Liffey Valley area for GPS-based team building activities.

Spy Squad

Colleagues become undercover agents, working in squads to complete a series of missions. Using GPS technology, teams navigate between locations, crack codes and solve puzzles as they compete to complete their assignments.

Digital Treasure Hunt

Teams follow a GPS-based route and complete questions, photo tasks and video challenges at different checkpoints. They earn points as they go, with the final scores deciding the winning team.

Routes and starting points must be confirmed before either outdoor activity is booked.

Meeting and Conference Facilities

Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley has a dedicated conference floor with meeting rooms, breakout areas and natural daylight.

The hotel also provides AV equipment, hybrid meeting facilities and corporate catering. This allows organisers to schedule presentations, smaller group sessions and team building activities within the same event programme, subject to the rooms booked.

Corporate Event Management at Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley

If you're organising a conference, awards night, launch or company celebration, Dynamic Events can manage the elements beyond the venue booking.

For a conference, that might include the event schedule, technical production, speaker presentations and team building sessions. For an awards night, it could involve the running order, entertainment, AV and supplier coordination.

We can also oversee the event on the day, giving your team a single point of contact for the services we're delivering.
