Moore Ireland’s annual summer event is about connection. Staff from four offices travel from across the country to share a single experience at the Heritage Hotel. The goal in 2025 was clear: deliver a day that united people, encouraged collaboration and celebrated the firm’s culture.

The Event Design

The programme balanced professional development with fun.

• Detour: A strategic training activity that tested decision making, adaptability and teamwork across 22 groups. Detour challenged teams to solve business inspired scenarios that required adaptability and smart decision making.
• Team Olympics: An outdoor team building activity brought out friendly competition through high energy challenges like inflatable archery, giant darts and group ski races.
• Closing BBQ: A relaxed setting that gave colleagues time to talk, connect and reflect.

The Heritage Hotel Killenard provided the perfect setting with easy access from multiple cities, spacious grounds for outdoor activities and excellent catering facilities.

Results and Impact

Attendance was at 100 percent, showing the value Moore Ireland places on this annual gathering. Across the day, staff from Cork, Dublin, Galway and Dún Laoghaire mixed easily, worked side by side and created lively moments of collaboration. The atmosphere carried from Detour through Team Olympics into the closing BBQ, with colleagues staying engaged and energised throughout.

This was the third consecutive year that Moore Ireland partnered with Dynamic Events, underlining the trust and long term relationships we build with our clients. The impact for Moore Ireland was clear: stronger ties across offices and a memorable shared experience that reinforced team spirit and culture.
