Imagine transforming a corporate office into a wonderland. That's exactly what MUFG Fund services Limited wanted to do. They wanted to create an unforgettable Easter themed Family Day where staff could bring their children into a playful, imaginative version of their workspace.

Meet MUFG, a global investment company with a team who had worked hard year round. This was their first time hosting a large scale family event on site, and they were determined to make it special. Their vision?A full immersive Alice in Wonderland experience that brought joy to every corner of the office, for kids and grown ups alike.

But it wasn't all easy...

• The space wasn't built for magic - Turning corporate boardroom and canteens into a whimsical fantasy land felt like a mountain we had to climb.
• It had to work for everyone - From toddlers to teenagers to parents the experience needed to feel inclusive and engaging.
• It was a first - MUFG had never run an event like this, and with the multiple suppliers and logistics to manage, the pressure was on to get everything right.

• Every detail, from giant garden games to themed props, was chosen to create a truly immersive Alice in Wonderland journey.
• Face painters, balloon modellers, themed characters and a magician brought colour and excitement to every session.
• We added small but meaningful touches like a toddler zone, surprise moments, and playful backdrops to bring the event to life.

On the big day our crew arrived at 7:15am to begin setup.
We transformed the space floor by floor, and behind the scenes, we kept things running smoothly, problem solving and supporting where ever needed.

The Incredible Transformation

Before: A corporate office full of potential but lacking the magic spark. There was excitement.. but also nerves.
After: A fantasy brought to life. Rooms were filled with laughter, bright colours, and busy hands playing games, eating treats and taking in all the fun.
