Salesforce graduates explored Dublin through a Digital Treasure Hunt that helped them connect with each other while getting to know their new home city.

Salesforce welcomed 51 international graduates to Dublin with an onboarding team building activity designed to help them settle in and connect with each other. The group took part in a Digital Treasure Hunt – Dublin Urban Adventure starting and finishing at Salesforce Tower, with most of the route taking them through the city centre.

Teams explored Dublin by completing app-based challenges, answering questions, and visiting key landmarks. The activity gave the new graduates a shared experience while helping them get to know their new home city in a relaxed and engaging way.

Exploring Dublin Together

The Digital Treasure Hunt used our event app to guide teams through a series of hotspots across Dublin. Along the way, they visited well known locations such as Temple Bar and Trinity College. Each stop featured short challenges, trivia, and photo or video tasks focused on Dublin. There were also themed rounds on music, sport, film, fashion, and business to keep the energy high and encourage teamwork.

The format encouraged quick thinking, collaboration, and plenty of laughs. It worked well for this group because it combined orientation with team building in a way that everyone could join in straight away.
