The Journey to Great - Technology Driven Strategy Meeting

Client Background:

ISS is a leading global provider of facility services, offering services on an international scale with leveraged knowledge and experience, with an Irish operation employing 3,000 people.

Challenge:

The task for us was to use our technology to help deliver a strategy planning meeting for their top 20 senior management by focusing their vision and goals for the next 4 years.

Solution:

Using our expertise, we created an immersive experience by designing a series of dynamic team tasks and challenges to guide distinct workshops throughout the day. These sessions were carefully curated to encourage collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking, with the following components:

1. Ice Breakers: Initiating the day with engaging activities to set a positive and collaborative tone.
2. Brain Training: Sharpening cognitive abilities through exercises designed to stimulate creative thinking.
3. Feedback: Facilitating open communication channels to encourage constructive insights and reflections.
4. Creativity Tasks: Creating an environment that promotes imaginative problem-solving and innovation.
5. Escape Challenge: Testing teams' ability to strategise, collaborate, and overcome obstacles in a time-sensitive scenario.

The Grand Finale:

The event culminated in the teams scripting and filming their best “Elevator Pitch”. All 5 pitches were viewed back and voted on through the app. The best bits of all 5 were identified and a final collaborative pitch was agreed on. This refined pitch not only encapsulated the collective vision of the senior management but also served as a strategic blueprint that could be seamlessly integrated across all departments post-event.
