Dynamic Events Ireland - Team Building and Event Management Experts
Dynamic Events delivers team building and corporate events for companies across Ireland. We organise in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences, from standalone team activities to fully managed corporate events, conferences and company celebrations.
Dynamic Events has been delivering corporate events and team experiences since 1996.
Companies come to us for different reasons. Some need a team activity for a few hours. Others are organising a conference, awards night or company event and need support with the wider production. Some are looking for a structured training session built around a specific challenge within their team.
Our work covers three main areas: Team Building, Event Management and Team Training. Each has a different purpose.
What Do Dynamic Events Do?
Team Building is for companies looking for a structured activity for their group. We provide the activity, equipment and event team needed to run it.
Event Management covers the wider organisation and delivery of corporate events. This can include conferences, awards nights, company celebrations, kick-offs and other business events.
Team Training is focused on development. These sessions use practical exercises and facilitated discussion to work on specific areas of team performance.
The service you need depends on what you are organising and what you want us to manage.
When Would You Use Team Building?
Team building can be a standalone company event or one part of a meeting, conference, offsite or company day.
Dynamic Events has activities for different group sizes, locations and event formats, including indoor, outdoor and virtual options.
The activities themselves are varied. A group might spend an hour solving puzzles during Code Breaker, explore a venue through a GPS-based Venue Adventure, work together to create The Big Picture, or take part in a CSR activity with a practical outcome.
Some activities are competitive, while others require the whole group to work towards a shared result.
When we're recommending an activity, we look at practical details including:
- Group size
- Location or venue
- Time available
- Indoor or outdoor preference
- The rest of the day's schedule
- The type of activity the group wants
Those details help us rule out activities that won't suit the event and concentrate on the ones that will.

What Does Event Management Cover?
Organising a conference, awards night, company celebration or kick-off involves more than choosing an activity.
There may be a venue to source, suppliers to coordinate, production requirements to manage and a detailed schedule to keep on track.
Depending on the brief, our Event Management team can manage:
- Event planning and budgeting
- Venue and supplier coordination
- AV, staging and production
- Entertainment
- Event logistics
- Schedules and timings
- On-site event management
The level of involvement can vary.
You may already have a venue and need us to manage production, entertainment and delivery. Alternatively, you may want our team involved earlier in the process and responsible for managing the event from the initial brief through to the day itself.

What Is Team Training?
Team Training is different from booking a team-building activity.
The focus is on a particular development objective within the team. Sessions use practical exercises and facilitated discussion to examine how participants communicate, make decisions, solve problems and respond to different situations.
The starting point is the challenge you want the session to address. That allows the programme to be selected around what is happening within the team rather than simply choosing an activity.
If you mainly want an activity as part of a company day, Team Building is likely to be the relevant service.
If there is a specific development objective behind the session, our Team Training workshops are worth exploring.
Can Team Building and Event Management Be Combined?
Yes. They are often different parts of the same event.
For example, a conference could involve our Event Management team coordinating production, AV, suppliers and the event schedule, with a team-building activity included as part of the delegate programme.
An awards night could require production and entertainment without any team building at all.
A company offsite might only require a two-hour team activity, with everything else managed internally by the client.
You don't need to book several services simply because they are available. What we manage should reflect what your event actually requires.
Where Can Dynamic Events Deliver?
We deliver corporate events and team building across Ireland.
Depending on the activity and event requirements, we can work at hotels, conference venues, company offices and other suitable event locations.
The venue can affect which team-building activities are practical. Available room space, outdoor areas, group numbers and the schedule all need to be considered.
If you've already chosen a venue, let us know where the event is taking place and we can recommend suitable activities.
For larger corporate events where a venue hasn't been selected, venue sourcing can also form part of the Event Management brief.
Virtual options are available for teams taking part remotely, while some formats can also accommodate teams working across different locations.
What Information Do We Need About Your Event?
You don't need to have every detail decided before contacting us.
For an initial conversation, it helps to know:
- Your preferred date
- Approximate group size
- Location or venue, if known
- How much time is available
- The type of event you're organising
- What has already been booked
- What you would like Dynamic Events to manage
For Team Building, we'll use those details to narrow down the activities that work for your group, venue and schedule.
For Event Management, we'll need to understand more about the event itself, including the audience, venue, budget, production requirements and what is already in place.
For Team Training, the conversation starts with the issue or development objective you want the session to address.
Choosing the Right Starting Point
If you need an activity for your group, start with our Team Building options.
If you're organising a larger corporate event and need support with planning, suppliers, production or delivery, take a look at our Event Management services.
If the objective is specifically about developing how a team works, explore Team Training.
And if you're not sure which applies, send us the basic details of the event. We can work out the appropriate route from there.
