In Person with Remote Host Event Management

To help reduce our carbon emissions we now offer remote host events. An In Person Event with In Person with Remote Host is where there is no need for an event manager on site. In March of 2022 alone, we saved 386 kilometres of driving thanks to remote hosting. These figures are only a drop in the ocean, our target for the next 12 months is 12,000km saved which equates to about 3.7 tonnes of CO2 emissions. We've also used remote hosting techniques to deliver in person team building events like treasure hunts and escape games in Frankfurt, Vienna & Barcelona saving 1,000's of kms in air miles. 

We deliver the briefing and results via video conference and support the activities remotely, the participant group will be together at their chosen location. Our event manager will remotely monitor your event online to ensure everything is running smoothly!

Wind Farm

The basic premise of this activity is that your team has to design, build and finance a wind propelled machine that is capable of providing energy. A super fun event with sustainability at its heart.

You and your team are members of a company which has won a contract to build a new product. You will be divided into teams that will earn funds collectively and build separate prototype products. Finally, one product will be chosen to go into production.

Energia Greener Futures Game

This campaign was created and developed to help engage families at home in a fun and educational way during lockdown.

The game teaches kids interesting facts in a simple gamified way about energy awareness and the environment. The idea is to strengthen their understanding about important topics and how our behaviours can affect others when it comes to protecting our environment and the world we live in.

There is a creative competitive element included in the game where the players are invited to submit their climate change poster online through the app.
