Each year, Murphy Group hosts a staff family event to recognise the hard work and commitment of their people and their loved ones. In 2025, they wanted to go big, not just in scale, but in impact. Their goal? A corporate family day that felt personal, exciting and truly memorable.  

 But turning that dream into reality came with its challenges: 

• Tight logistics across food, entertainment and setup on a live estate, with a single access window  
• Serious dietary concern, including children with allergies

• Catering: 250 adult meals, 172 children's meal with full allergen protocols

- Bungee trampolines

- DJ, balloon modelling and stilt walkers 

- Interactive animals shows and a petting zoo 

• Custom Signage, shaded picnic zones and tea/coffee lounge for grown ups

From the welcome archway to the rock n roll gladiator ring, we ensured everything ran on time and with zero stress for the client: 

• On-site from 7am for setup 
• Full de-rig and clean –up by 8pm  
• Dedicated event safety personnel and waste recycling managed on site
