Dynamic Events partnered with Red Robin Events to organise an engaging digital treasure hunt for Coca-Cola in Mallorca.

Using our bespoke technology, Dynamic Events designed a customised treasure hunt infused with Coca-Cola branding and tasks. Teams embarked on an interactive scavenger hunt adventure, completing challenges and tasks while exploring Mallorca. The event was remotely managed from Dynamic Events' offices in Ireland, with the host beamed into the conference room at the resort via MS Teams.

The event demonstrated the power of remote host capabilities. Teams engaged in problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity, earning points through interactive hotspots. The treasure hunt culminated on a local beach, where participants enjoyed water sports activities.

To capture the memories, we produced a highlight video showcasing the event's best moments. The video was presented during an evening dinner, leaving a lasting impression on the participants.
