Unilever Food Solution's Kick-Off Conference 2025
Unilever Food Solutions brought more than 90 people from its UK and Ireland teams to Kilkea Castle for its 2025 Kick-Off. See how we managed the conference, team building and entertainment.
Unilever Food Solutions asked Dynamic Events to deliver its 2025 Kick-Off Conference at Kilkea Castle, bringing together more than 90 people from its UK and Ireland teams.
The attendee programme ran over three days, with our team arriving the previous day for setup and rehearsals.
Our role covered the practical delivery of the conference, including AV, photography, hotel partners, flights, suppliers, entertainment and team building.
Preparing Kilkea Castle for the Conference
Our team arrived at Kilkea Castle the day before attendees to oversee the AV setup in the Baronial Suite.
We tested the setup and completed a full run-through with the conference committee, working through the programme and final details ahead of the conference.
Day One: Arrivals, Conference Sessions and Awards
The UK and Ireland teams arrived at Kilkea Castle and completed registration, collecting their name tags, headshots and team jumpers before the welcome lunch.
The opening conference sessions gave the group time to reflect on the previous year and discuss plans for the year ahead.
That evening, the programme moved into an awards ceremony and gala dinner, with a magician, caricatures and live music.
Day Two: Strategy and Venue Adventure
The following morning began with the option of a run or HIIT class before attendees moved into breakout sessions and strategy discussions.
Later in the programme, the group took part in a surprise flag-raising ceremony accompanied by live drummers.
The team then headed outside for our Venue Adventure, a digital treasure hunt that uses the grounds of the venue for GPS-based challenges.
An Evening of Entertainment
The evening programme included another gala dinner, followed by Celtic music and traditional dancers.
Retro arcade machines and a DJ rounded out the night's entertainment.
Alongside the conference sessions and team building, these elements required coordination between the venue, performers, suppliers and the wider event schedule.
Day Three: Closing the Kick-Off
The final morning included breakfast and a reflection session before attendees departed Kilkea Castle.
Over the three days, the programme had included conference sessions, breakout discussions, awards, Venue Adventure and two evenings of entertainment.
