Virtual Site Inspection for Hard Rock Dublin

Virtual client event to showcase hotel to international event agents.

Hard Rock Dublin is a new Dublin hotel which opened in February 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID19, the hotel had to close it's door a matter of weeks after it had opened.

Travel restrictions not only prevented bookings in the short term it also meant event bookers could not visit for potential future business.

To solve this problem, the hotel asked us to create a virtual solution so they could show case their new hotel to buyers and event bookers from around the world, remotely.

How does it work?

A group of agents were invited on to a video meeting. The sales team from the hotel introduced the venue and then handed the agents over to our event team. We split the group out into 3 different teams. This also doubles up as a networking opportunity. We provide some instructions before the teams head off to their own private breakout rooms, all within the video conference, to explore the hotel, virtually, using an special app on their phone.

The game showcased the different aspects of the hotel and included some virtual show arounds and fun facts. We also added a competitive element with some interactive trivia

This virtual event was complete within 60 minutes and left the lasting impression with the agents.
