The Keadeen Hotel

Since 1970, The Keadeen Hotel has been a landmark location for meetings, conferences, and corporate events in County Kildare. Set among award-winning gardens and just 35 minutes from Dublin City Centre, they offer the best of both accessibility and tranquillity. From strategic boardroom sessions to large-scale AGMs, they provide a refined yet welcoming setting designed to make every gathering productive, professional, and memorable.

Team Building at The Keadeen Hotel

The Keadeen gives us plenty of space to work with. There are 8 acres of landscaped grounds, as well as indoor meeting and event spaces.

That means we can plan the team building around your event. Add a short activity to a conference, take everyone outside for a team challenge or make it a bigger part of your company day.

Tell us your group size and schedule, and we’ll recommend what works.

Indoor and Outdoor Team Building

Want to get everyone outside? The Keadeen’s private grounds give us room to run more active and competitive team building activities like our Venue Adventure and Back to School Sports Day.

Prefer to stay indoors? Code Breaker has teams solving puzzles against the clock, while The Big Picture gets everyone working on different sections of one large artwork.

We’ll help you choose an activity that suits your group, available time and event format.

Add Team Building to Your Conference

Team building can also give people a welcome change of pace during a conference or company meeting.

We can run an activity between sessions, after the main agenda or as a dedicated part of the day. Dynamic Events manages the activity, so it fits around what you already have planned at The Keadeen.

Event Management at The Keadeen Hotel

Planning something bigger? Our Event Management team can support conferences, awards nights, gala dinners, product launches and company celebrations at The Keadeen.

We can help with the event concept, programme, production, entertainment and delivery on the day. You can use us for the parts you need or bring us in to manage the wider event.

Planning an Event at The Keadeen?

Tell us what you’re planning, how many people are attending and what you already have booked at the hotel.

We’ll help you choose the right team building activity or discuss how our event management team can support the rest of your event.
