How late is too late to book team building?

There isn't a fixed cut-off.

Next-day team building can be possible, but it depends on our availability, your group size, location, venue and the activity itself.

If your date, venue and timings are fixed, being flexible about the activity gives us more room to find something that works.

For a last-minute enquiry, five things are enough to get us started:

Team building activities we can turn around quickly

Last-minute doesn't mean you get a different version of our team building. It simply means we'll focus on activities we know we can prepare quickly.

Availability still needs to be checked for your date, but these are some of the options we can consider.

The Escape

The Escape runs indoors in an office, hotel or conference room and takes 90 minutes.

Teams are framed for an art heist and have to work through clues, puzzles and codes before time runs out, with our event manager running the activity on the day.

Level Up

Level Up can work well if you already have an indoor space and need the activity to fit into an existing company day.

It runs for 60 to 90 minutes, with teams working through ten levels of trivia, puzzles and creative challenges.

Digital Treasure Hunt

If you'd rather get everyone outside, a Digital Treasure Hunt is another option we can turn around quickly.

Teams use iPads and a live GPS map to find hotspots around the chosen location, unlocking trivia, photo and video challenges along the way.

Tell us where you want to start and finish and we can plan the activity around the location.

Around the World

Around the World uses our app to take teams through a series of challenges based on different countries, including trivia, photos, videos and audio tasks.

It can be run in person, virtually or as a hybrid event and typically takes 60 to 120 minutes.

Venue Adventure

If you're already holding your event at a hotel or venue with suitable outdoor grounds, Venue Adventure lets you use the space you're already in.

Teams explore the venue grounds using iPads or their own phones, finding GPS hotspots and completing challenges as they go.

These aren't the only options. Manor House Murder, The Trading Table, Digital Pub Safari and** Spy Squad** can also have a short turnaround.

What we suggest will depend on your date, venue, group size and what we have available.

Our sales team will take your date, numbers, venue or location, available time and budget, check what's possible and handle the booking with you.

Our operations team then runs the event on the day.

If your first-choice activity isn't realistic in the time available, we'll tell you and look at what else we can do.
