Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) wanted to host a summer family day that would bring employees, partners, and children together for a memorable shared experience. Their goal was to create an inclusive event that catered to all ages while reflecting the aviation industry in a fun, engaging way.

Our Approach

Dynamic Events designed an Aviation Themed Family Day at the Radisson Blu St. Helen’s in Dublin for over 300 guests.

The event featured:

• Immersive experiences: A real-life flight simulator where guests could try their hand at flying a passenger airliner.
• Creative theming: Superhero props and character entertainment to capture children’s imaginations.
• Dedicated zones: Separate areas for toddlers, young kids, and adults to ensure activities suited every age group.
• Non-stop entertainment: Inflatables, interactive games, and live performers to keep energy levels high throughout the day.

Results & Impact

The family day was a resounding success. Guests of all ages enjoyed the mix of aviation-inspired experiences and light-hearted fun. The flight simulator and superhero characters were standout highlights, while the games and challenges provided a great way for employees and families to bond outside of the workplace.
