Energia Awards Night
To celebrate a recent large investment announcement the newly branded Energia Group hosted an awards night and gala dinner.
The Brief
We were asked to design and produce an awards night to help celebrate Energia Group's recent investment announcements. The party was hosted at Clayton Burlington Road and attracted 600 guests Energy in Dublin and PowerNI in Belfast.
Our Process
The theme of the event was Positive Energy so we set about building bespoke engagement areas to include a giant Magazine photo op, photo backdrop wall, branded pillars and a custom built giant Buzz Game.
The planning process included 3D modelling of the room so we could bring the event to life before it even happened. This really helped our client visualise the event in advance with regard to theming, room dress and furniture layout.
The AV production on the night included an impressive 10 metre LED Video wall with custom animations and full lighting package for the room.
The night itself was broken up into 5 different parts. Pre dinner drinks and entertainment, gala dinner & awards, show piece performance and after party.
The night was hosted by comedian and impressionist Oliver Callan with other performers including a walk-about brass band ensemble, magician, interactive Xylobands which lit up during the awards and a show piece entertainment piece by LED dancers. The gala dinner was followed an after party with live band and DJ.
The after party was a surprise reveal and hosted outside of the gala dinner room.
The Results
The event was very well received with the highlight being the live band and afterparty.
