Genesis Kids Christmas Party: Bring Magic to the Office 

Our Client  

Meet Genesis, a full-service aircraft leasing company headquartered in Dublin with over 39 customers across 21 countries. Their work is global, fast paced and collaborative. Built on strong values and a united team.  

By December, the Genesis team had delivered another successful year. They wanted to mark it with something special: A Christmas event that would show genuine appreciation to their people, not just their staff, but their families too.  

The Vision 

A warm, festive experience, that brought kids, parents and colleagues together something joyful. But turning that into a reality came with a few key challenges: 

• Finding the right fit: They wanted to something inclusive and engaging for adults and children, without it feeling like a generic office celebration.  
• Time pressures: December is a crazy month. Planning something meaningful while everyone was juggling deadlines and festive plans felt overwhelming. 
• Making it worthwhile: With everything else going on, the event had to be exciting enough for families to plan out time to attend and feel like it was worth it.  

We Stepped In 

This is where we came in to give Genesis a hand, we wanted to make the planning experience as seamless as possible and here’s how we made it happen: 

We became part of the team 

From the first chat we had with Gensis we listened carefully, they knew what vibe they wanted to create, we helped shape what that could look like in real terms.  

Together we created a Christmas experience that has something for everyone, thoughtfully designed, stress free to plan and wonderful to attend.  

Decorations & Atmosphere 

• Santa’s Grotto with chair, carpet, snow effect and white picket fencing 
• Christmas trees, lighting, themed props and inflatable decorations 
• A toddler zone with bean bags and space to play 
• Pipe and drape to create a warm, contained event zone 

Entertainment 

• A visit from Santa and his elves! 
• Face painting and balloon modelling 
• Kids party MC with music, magic and puppets 
• Chocolate fountain 
• Selfie mirror 

Genesis also organised some personalised gifts for the kids who attending which added a nice little touch to the over all day. 

What Changed 

Before:  A packed December calendar, uncertainty about what work and a genuine want to do something meaningful, but having no time or the headspace to make it happen. 

After:  An unforgettable day that was filled with laughter right in the comfort of their own office, where kids played, the adults connected and the whole team felt recognised and appreciated.  

It didn’t really feel like another party, it felt like a thank you.  

Did It Work? 

We obviously could talk about the attendance or feedback. But their were some moments that stood out to us from running the event.  

• Children’s faces lighting up as they met Santa 
• Parents catching up over some cakes while the kids played 
• Colleagues seeing a different side of each other, as a team and as families 

These are the memories that last and the memories that stuck with us the most.
