Haven Pharmacy unites independent pharmacies across Ireland under one brand. Each year the Haven Awards recognise the dedication of pharmacists, technicians and staff from across the network. The event is a key moment in the Haven calendar and gives the organisation a chance to celebrate the people who make a difference in their communities.

Objective

The aim was to design a night that celebrated and showed appreciation for Haven’s people. The event needed to feel professional and polished while also creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every guest felt valued.

What we delivered

Dynamic Events managed the Haven Awards at the Killashee Hotel in Kildare. The event featured a red carpet arrival with a Greatest Showman theme, a themed gala dinner, immersive AV production and live entertainment as the finale.

The experience

The evening was planned as a complete journey for the 450 guests.

Outcome

The Haven Awards Night achieved its goal of recognising and appreciating the pharmacy teams who support communities across Ireland. It combined the enjoyment of a gala dinner with the importance of an awards ceremony. Guests left with lasting memories of the evening and a renewed sense of pride in their work and in the Haven brand.
