Meet the Client 

Meet Vision Consulting, a forward thinking team that helps organisations transform and outperform the competition through operational excellence. Whether it’s supporting a new market entry or driving a capital project, they bring companies clarity, speed and results. But even high performers need a breather every now and again.  

At Christmas the Vision Consulting team wanted something different. Not just a regular Christmas Party. Skip the table quiz. They wanted to have a really good time and to create a genuine connection, have fun and enjoy an amazing experience that brought them altogether.  

But getting to this point wasn’t easy: 

Challenge 1️⃣ where do you start, trying to plan something that suits everyone isn’t always easy. Even for us! 

Challenge ️2️⃣ They didn’t want to be split into competitive teams they wanted to connect as one big group. 

Challenge 3️⃣ They had the idea but they didn’t know how to make it real. 

What Did Dynamic Events Do?  

Vision Consultants got in contact gave us the brief and we got to work. We try our best to take the stress out of planning events and our end goal is to turn our client's vision into a reality.  

We built our client an experience that ticked all of their boxes, and sometimes we like to think even more. 🫣 

Here’s how we organised Vision Consultants Christmas Parties 

Music Workshops 

• We brought the group together through our Bodhrán and Ukelele Workshops. 
• These workshops aren’t your average team building sessions they were full of energy and rhythm.  
• We split them into two small groups for practical reasons, everyone came back together for a full team recording, which was one of the highlights of the day.  

Video Memories 

• A professional videographer captured the energy of the workshop. 
• The final video was revealed that night during the dinner ceremony, the room filled with laughter and clapping.  

Festive Evening 

• After the workshops, it was time for the second part of the celebration.  
• A homely Christmas dinner, followed by a Disco Bingo which was crazy! Then a Dj to finish the night off.  

The Transformation  

Before:  

The team had a vision but had no idea where to start. The organisers felt a lot of pressure to make this year’s get together better than the last.  

After:  

• The room was full of laughs 
• The music was chaos, but in a good way 
• The team bonded over workshops and disco bingo 
• An experience that people will talk about with years to come.  

Did the Session Really Work?

Yes, everything ran smoothly, and everyone had a great time but what we noticed most was: 

• Watching people compliment eachother during the recording. 
• Seeing people step outside of the comfort zone 
• Hearing the entire room burst. Out in laughter during the video 

The event ended with a DJ but it didn’t stop there, it carried into their day to day lives, into the office, conversations and into the culture.  

It created:

• Positive change
