How Team Samba Works
We bring everything
We supply all drums and percussion instruments. You don’t need to prepare or bring anything. Our team arrives early to set up the space and make sure everything’s ready before your group arrives.
We split the group by sound
Participants are divided into sections based on different drum types. Each section learns a specific rhythm that contributes to the overall Samba beat.
We build the rhythm step by step
Our facilitator guides the group through a short warm-up, then breaks down each rhythm into simple steps. We layer the parts gradually, so it never feels overwhelming.
We get everyone synced
Once each group is confident, we bring everyone together. This is where the team building really kicks in—each section has to listen and adjust to stay in time with the others.
We finish a full performance
The session ends with a full run-through of the piece. It’s fast, loud, and tight. We often record this final take—great for sharing with the team after the event.
