The Osprey gives us plenty to work with when planning a team day. There’s a large ballroom for indoor activities, smaller meeting spaces if your day includes workshops or breakout sessions, and a courtyard and outdoor areas when you want to get the team outside.

Teams work together to assemble solar-powered lights that are distributed to children living in energy poverty. It’s a hands-on activity with a purpose behind it and works particularly well when you want to include a CSR element in your company day.

Code Breaker

A good option for teams that enjoy a bit of competition. Groups work against the clock through a series of puzzles, riddles and challenges, picking up points as they go.

The Big Picture

Everyone contributes to one much larger piece of artwork. Teams work on individual sections without seeing the complete picture until everything is brought together for the final reveal.

Digital Treasure Hunt

A larger adventure-style challenge where teams race through a series of locations and tasks. It’s a good choice when you want to get people moving and give them more of the surrounding area to explore.

What Makes the Osprey Useful for Company Events?

The Osprey’s ballroom can accommodate up to 400 delegates theatre-style or 320 guests for a banquet, with floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in AV and IT equipment, a pre-function area and access to the courtyard.

There are also smaller meeting rooms for groups of 2 to 80, which is useful if your day combines a conference, workshop or strategy session with team building.
