What Can Your Team Do at Russborough House and Park?

The choice really comes down to what you want from the day.

If you’re staying indoors, Code Breaker brings some competition into the room with teams working through clues and puzzles against the clock. The Big Picture takes a more creative approach, with groups contributing individual pieces to one larger artwork. For something with a social impact, SolarBuddy Hour of Power sees the team assemble solar lights for children living in energy poverty.

There’s no need to choose an activity based purely on who is the fastest or most athletic. These are options where everyone can get involved. Feel free to explore our team building in Wicklow options.

Take the Team Out into the Grounds

The parkland is one of the reasons Russborough House and Park works so well for an outdoor team day.

A Digital Treasure Hunt gets teams exploring the surroundings using our app, with GPS-based challenges and photo and video tasks to complete along the way.

For groups who want more variety, Challenger combines a number of different tasks into one competition. Spy Squad takes things in another direction, with teams working through codes, clues and secret-agent-style missions.

The activities are different, but the idea is simple: get people away from their desks, mixing with colleagues and doing something together in a setting they’re unlikely to experience on a normal working day.
