A team day at The K Club can be as structured or as relaxed as you need it to be. You might be adding an activity to a conference agenda, planning a dedicated team-building session, or looking for something that gets everyone outside for part of the day.

Dynamic Events can work around your plans at the resort, with activities that can be delivered indoors or across the grounds. For companies planning team building in Kildare, it also means the meeting, accommodation and team activity can all form part of the same visit.

If You Have an Hour or Two Between Meetings

You don't necessarily need to set aside half a day for team building.

Code Breaker can turn a meeting room into a team challenge, with groups working against the clock to solve clues and riddles.

SolarBuddy Hour of Power is another option when time is limited. Teams assemble solar lights for children living in energy poverty, giving the session a practical purpose as well as getting everyone involved.

For larger groups, The Big Picture works differently. Teams create separate sections of an artwork before all the pieces are brought together at the end.

For a longer team-building session, we can take the activity outside.

A Digital Treasure Hunt sends teams around the location using our app, with GPS checkpoints, questions and photo and video challenges along the way.

The K Club has a wide range of meeting and conference spaces, breakout rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, AV technology and on-site IT support. That makes it possible to fit the team-building element around meetings, presentations or other parts of your schedule rather than planning the two separately.
