We manage the full setup on-site, so you can focus on your team. The Celtic Challenge is a structured outdoor team building event where teams rotate through traditional Irish games, earning points as they go. It’s ideal for corporate off-sites, away days, and international teams visiting Ireland for conferences or incentive trips. Perfect venues include hotel grounds or sports pitches.
Teams Assemble
We split your group into clans and brief everyone on how to play. Each clan receives a scorecard to track their progress.
Challenge Rotation
