The Alex

Team Building at The Alex Hotel Dublin

Dynamic Events delivers fully managed team-building activities at The Alex, from indoor activities in the hotel's meeting spaces to treasure hunts that take teams out into Dublin city centre.

We provide the equipment and event team and manage the activity from setup and briefing through to the competition and results.

The Alex is just off Merrion Square, making it particularly well placed for groups that want to use Dublin as part of their team event.

Take Your Team into Dublin

For groups that want to get outside, Dynamic Events offers different treasure hunt formats from The Alex.

• Digital Treasure Hunt: Teams head out with GPS-enabled devices, finding locations and completing questions, photo tasks and other challenges as they compete for points.
• Meet The City: Teams follow a route through Dublin, with GPS-triggered questions, photo and video challenges appearing as they reach different locations around the city.
• Digital Pub Safari: Part treasure hunt, part quiz and part pub crawl. Teams follow a digital route between stops, completing challenges and competing for points along the way.

Keep the Team Building at The Alex

For groups that prefer to stay at the hotel, Dynamic Events can run indoor team building in The Alex's meeting and event spaces. Activities can be booked as a standalone team session or fitted around meetings, presentations and other parts of the day.

• The Escape: Teams take on a tabletop escape-room-style challenge, working against the clock to solve puzzles and complete the mission.
• The Big Picture: Teams paint separate sections of an artwork before all the pieces are brought together to reveal one large finished picture.
• The Trading Table: Teams run rival smoothie businesses, buying ingredients, negotiating trades and responding to changing market prices as they compete to finish with the highest profit.

Add Team Building to a Company Event

If you're holding a meeting, conference or company event at The Alex, Dynamic Events can schedule the team-building activity around the rest of your programme.

If you need support beyond the activity itself, our Event Management services can cover the wider event, including planning, production, logistics and delivery on the day.
