What Is The Ultimate Team Building Challenge?
The Ultimate is a GPS-based outdoor challenge where teams race between hotspots, unlocking puzzles, trivia, creative tasks and photo and video challenges along the way. Every challenge earns points, but teams have to decide where to go and what to tackle as they compete for the top spot on the leaderboard.

How The Ultimate Works on the Day
From the opening briefing to the final leaderboard, here’s what your team can expect when they take on The Ultimate.
Get Briefed and Split Into Teams
We start by explaining the game, dividing the group into teams and getting everyone ready to play. For a fully managed event, we provide each team with an iPad loaded with the game.
Choose Your Route
Once the clock starts, teams use the GPS map to decide where to go. Hotspots are spread around the playing area, so teams need to choose their route rather than simply following everyone else.
Unlock the Challenges
Reach a hotspot and a new challenge appears. It could be trivia, a puzzle, a creative task or a photo or video mission. Complete it successfully and your team adds more points to its score.
Keep an Eye on the Competition
Teams can see how they’re performing as the event progresses, adding another decision to the game: keep chasing nearby hotspots or change tactics to try to move up the leaderboard.
Finish With the Results
When time is up, everyone comes back together for the results. For our fully managed events, we wrap things up with the final scores, winning team and some of the photos and videos captured during the challenge.

Teams aren’t repeating the same task for 90 minutes. One hotspot might be a trivia question, the next a puzzle, followed by a photo or video challenge. Different people get opportunities to contribute.

The Ultimate can be set up around your chosen location, whether that’s a hotel and its grounds or a town or city. Teams explore while they play rather than staying in one activity area.
Competitive Right to the Finish
Every completed challenge contributes to the team’s score. With points available across the game, teams have plenty of opportunities to move up the leaderboard before time runs out.

Two Ways to Run It
Choose a fully managed event where Dynamic Events provides the iPads and runs the experience on site, or a remotely hosted version where participants play on their own phones.
