How Race Night Works
We set up the room like a real racetrack
You'll have a big screen showing 8 pre-recorded races, tables set up for betting, and all the props to create the atmosphere. It's all managed by our team. You just show up.
Everyone gets race cards and fun money
Each guest picks their horses and places "bets" at the Tote desk. It's not for real money, it's for fun and bragging rights. The betting staff handles everything, so there's no confusion.
You choose the horse and jockey names
We'll send you a template before the event. you fill it in with inside jokes or team names. Then we print your custom race cards. It adds a personal touch, especially for Team Building events.
We run the show
One of our MC's calls the races and keeps the energy steady throughout the night They explain the rules, announce winners and keep things moving so nobody loses interest.
You can add more if you want
Want horse themed games like Jumping Jockeys? or finish with a DJ and dancing? No problem. You can keep it simple or build it into a full Team Building or staff night out.
