The Rocket Challenge gives your group the chance to build, test, and launch real rockets - while developing the kind of teamwork that drives performance back at work. Teams compete to design, construct, and fire a rocket that soars up to 200 feet. Along the way, they’ll tackle problem-solving tasks, collaborate under pressure, and aim for the win. It’s physical, hands-on, and guaranteed to be remembered long after the day is done.

How It Works
This outdoor experience combines hands-on building with creative thinking and light competition. It’s fast-paced, fun, and designed to keep every participant involved.
Event Briefing
Your group is welcomed by our event manager, who explains the challenge and outlines the day’s objectives: design, build, and launch a rocket.
Teams Assemble
Participants are split into small groups and given materials, instructions, and a launch brief. It’s up to them to divide roles and plan their build.
Build Phase
Each team designs and constructs their own rocket, testing ideas, solving problems, and fine-tuning under time pressure.
Launch & Leaderboard
It’s time to blast off. Teams launch their rockets one by one and earn points for distance, precision, and design. Final scores are revealed in a fun closing wrap-up.
