How the Code Breaker Workshops Run

Code Breaker is a structured, time-based team training session where participants solve puzzles, decode challenges, and work under pressure. It’s built to encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and high-performance behaviours through facilitated experiential learning.

Briefing & Setup

Teams are welcomed by a facilitator who outlines the format, objectives, and how success will be measured. Everyone starts with the same tools - but success depends on strategy.

Problem-Solving
